- Many teaching materials (notes, exercises, worked solutions) have been prepared, in French, for these courses and are available on request:
send a request.
- Animations: a series of Matlab animations has been prepared, in French, to illustrate these concepts - see the
Mathematical animations page.
- Advice: a guide with tips for writing lab reports is available on the

Student supervision
Internships and literature review projects supervised (LS2N / Subatech-IMT Atlantique collaborations).
2023: Supervision of E. Gecimli’s internship, Master 1 in Fundamental Physics and Applications - University of Nantes.
- Topic: Study and implementation of event reconstruction algorithms for 3-photon PET imaging applied to the XEMIS2 camera. - Internship duration: 4 months.
- Extraction and analysis of data obtained from a GEANT4 simulation of the XEMIS2 camera, provided by
N. Beaupère (Subatech Laboratory - IMT Atlantique).
2023: Supervision of Y. Oumarou’s literature review project,
CORO-SIP Master’s - École Centrale de Nantes.
- Topic: Literature review on the state of the art of projectors in Compton imaging -
ComProj project. Project duration: 3 months.
- Grade obtained by the student: A+,
Certificate.
I have taken part in several science outreach activities related to medical imaging, tomographic reconstruction and signal processing.
INPACT - Art and Science
Presentation of research work as part of the
“Engineering for art, culture and heritage” course at École Centrale de Nantes.
“Nuit Blanche des Chercheurs”
Participation in “science speed-dating” sessions, presenting a PhD project in a few minutes to a non-specialist audience -
Nuit Blanche des Chercheurs.
